1.2 Contact for this offer: sales@denzatownsville.com.au or the participating site directly.

    2. Relationship with the sale contract

2.1 These terms apply to the Beat the B-Series $5,000 trade contribution offer only.

2.2 Any vehicle purchased under the offer is governed by the promoter's standard new vehicle sale contract, including Annexure A – Terms and Conditions (the sale contract).

2.3 If there is any inconsistency between these campaign terms and the sale contract, the sale contract prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Nothing in these campaign terms limits the promoter's rights under the sale contract, including in relation to price adjustments, trade-in re-valuation, delivery, title, default and GST.

    3. Offer period

3.1 The offer runs from 12:01am AEST on 8 July 2026 to 5:00pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (the offer period), or until allocated stock is sold, whichever occurs first.

3.2 To qualify, the customer must book a confirmed appointment through the campaign booking form, attend the appointment during the offer period, and sign a binding new vehicle sale contract within the offer period.

    4. Participating sites

4.1 The offer is only available at the following sites:

    • DENZA Townsville, 52 Duckworth Street, Garbutt QLD 4814
    • DENZA Cairns, 227 Mulgrave Road, Cairns QLD 4870
    • DENZA Toowoomba, 144 National Highway A2, East Toowoomba QLD 4350
    • DENZA Sunshine Coast, Level G, 154/164 Horton Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558

4.2 Site allocations are limited. The promoter may redirect enquiries to another participating site if stock or appointment capacity is exhausted at the customer's preferred site.

    5. Offer summary

5.1 Eligible retail customers receive an additional $5,000 trade-in contribution above the standard market valuation of their eligible trade vehicle when they purchase a new DENZA B5 or DENZA B8 from a participating site during the offer period.

    6. Eligible vehicles

6.1 The offer applies to new, unregistered DENZA B5 and DENZA B8 models held in stock by the promoter at the time of order and identified as included in the campaign inventory list.

6.2 Demonstrator, used, pre-registered, dealer principal, factory-ordered and fleet-ordered stock are not included unless the promoter agrees in writing.

6.3 Vehicle specification, colour and availability vary by site and are not guaranteed.

    7. Eligible customers

7.1 The offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who hold a current Australian driver's licence.

7.2 The offer is limited to private retail buyers (ABN and non-ABN).

7.3 The offer is not available to:

    • current or former employees of BYD Automotive Australia Pty Ltd, Eagers Automotive Limited or their related bodies corporate purchasing under staff or related-party programs
    • rental, hire car, ride share or driving school operators
    • government, novated lease, salary packaging and fleet buyers using an OEM national fleet program
    • buyers purchasing for the purpose of resale or export
    • customers who warrant under the sale contract that they are commercial resellers

    8. Eligible trade-in vehicles

8.1 To qualify, the customer must trade in one vehicle at the time of purchase (the trade).

    8.2 The trade must:

    • be a passenger, SUV, ute or light commercial vehicle with a gross vehicle mass of 4,500kg or less
    • have been owned by the purchaser (or a spouse or company controlled by the purchaser) for at least 90 days before the appointment date, evidenced by the current certificate of registration
    • be currently registered, or have been registered within the last 30 days, in the name of the purchaser
    • be presented in driveable condition at the appointment
    • not be a BYD or DENZA branded vehicle
    • not be a water damaged vehicle, hail damaged vehicle, statutory write-off or repairable write-off, and any such condition must be fairly and accurately disclosed in writing in the sale contract
    • have any outstanding finance payable to a recognised Australian financier and disclosed to the promoter at the time of appraisal

8.3 The promoter will complete a physical appraisal of the trade before the offer is applied. The standard market valuation is determined by the promoter using industry data sources and the vehicle's condition, kilometres, service history, options and prior damage. Customers can request an indicative valuation before their appointment via the Get Your Car Valued tool on the promoter's website.

8.4 The $5,000 contribution is applied in addition to the standard market valuation shown on the appraisal sheet. A valuation that already includes campaign money is not eligible.

8.5 The promoter's rights under the sale contract to re-value, reduce, return or rescind in relation to the trade, including where the trade departs from the description in the sale contract or where a write-off condition is not disclosed, are not limited by these campaign terms. If the standard market valuation is reduced under the sale contract, the $5,000 contribution continues to apply to the reduced valuation.

    9. How the offer is applied

9.1 The $5,000 contribution is shown as a separate line on the sale contract as "Beat the B-Series contribution".

9.2 The offer reduces the changeover price payable by the customer. It cannot be taken as cash, credited to another vehicle, banked for a future purchase or transferred to another person.

9.3 The offer applies to the vehicle price only. It does not apply to on-road costs, government charges, dealer delivery, accessories, aftermarket products, extended warranty, service plans, insurance products or finance fees.

    10. Offers that cannot be combined

10.1 The offer is not available in conjunction with any other DENZA or promoter offer, campaign, discount, loyalty benefit, referral bonus, corporate program, fleet program, novated lease program, staff purchase program or price-match arrangement.

10.2 If a customer is eligible for more than one offer, only one offer applies and the customer must choose which offer to accept before signing the sale contract.

    11. Bookings and appointments

11.1 Appointments are booked through the campaign booking form on the participating site's website.

11.2 Each appointment includes a side-by-side comparison drive of approximately 90 minutes between the customer's current vehicle and the selected DENZA B5 or B8.

11.3 Appointment slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is only confirmed once the customer receives a written confirmation from the site.

11.4 The customer must bring their current driver's licence, the current certificate of registration for the trade and any finance payout details required by the promoter.

11.5 If the customer does not attend a confirmed appointment, the promoter may release the slot to another customer and is not required to reinstate the offer.

    12. Deposits, orders, delivery and cancellation

12.1 Any deposit taken at the time of order is held under, and dealt with in accordance with, the sale contract. The promoter does not offer a cooling off period on new vehicles. Cooling off rights under the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld) apply to used vehicles only.

12.2 Payment of the total contract price and delivery of the vehicle occur in accordance with the sale contract, including the customer's obligation to take delivery within seven days of notification that the vehicle is available.

12.3 If the customer defaults or the sale contract is cancelled or rescinded, the promoter's rights under the sale contract apply, including the right to forfeit or recover monies as set out in that contract. Any $5,000 contribution that has not yet been credited is cancelled, and any contribution already credited forms part of the contract price for the purposes of calculating the promoter's loss.

    13. Finance and insurance

13.1 Finance is available on application through the promoter's panel of accredited financiers. Approval is subject to the financier's normal lending criteria, fees and charges.

13.2 The offer is available whether the customer pays cash or finances the vehicle. Finance is not a condition of the offer. Where the customer requires finance, the finance provisions of the sale contract apply.

    14. Stock and pricing

14.1 All prices, specifications and inclusions are current at the start of the offer period and may change without notice due to factors outside the promoter's control, including OEM price changes, government charges and stock availability. The promoter's rights to adjust the contract price under the sale contract are not limited by these campaign terms.

14.2 Vehicles are sold subject to availability. If a specific vehicle is no longer available, the promoter may offer an alternative in-stock vehicle on the same terms.

    15. Changes and cancellation of the offer

15.1 The promoter may change, suspend or end the offer at any time without notice, subject to any sale contract already signed and accepted.

15.2 The promoter may refuse to apply the offer to any transaction that, acting reasonably, it considers to be outside the intent of these terms, including suspected abuse, misrepresentation or resale activity.

    16. Privacy

16.1 Personal information collected through the booking form and the sales process is handled in line with the Eagers Automotive privacy policy, available at https://www.eagersautomotive.com.au/privacy-policy/, and in line with the privacy notice and consent in the sale contract.

16.2 By submitting the booking form, the customer agrees to be contacted by the participating site by phone, SMS and email about their appointment and this offer.

    17. Liability and consumer rights

17.1 Nothing in these terms limits any rights the customer has under the Australian Consumer Law, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, or under the warranty provisions of the sale contract.

17.2 To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the offer.

    18. Governing law

18.1 These campaign terms are governed by the law of Queensland, consistent with the sale contract. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

    19. Contact

19.1 Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@denzatownsville.com.au or to the general manager at the customer's preferred participating site.
